I will be going on a week long cultural immersion trip down to the Four Corners with about a dozen or so RHS (Rural Health Scholars) members to help the community there by providing services such as: medical screenings, foot baths, health check ups, food and clothing preparation etc.

Update: (after project) - Our RHS group traveled down to Blanding Utah and helped serve at the local clinics and hospitals. We shadowed many doctors, physician's assistants, and helped them with caring for their patients. 

 

Our week consisted of about 2 hours of traveling to and from the locations and about 8-9 hours shadowing and working with patients.
